Different from complicated parameter-setting industrial roll forming equipment requiring long-cycle professional training, this machine’s control core deploys original Schneider electric component-based electric control system under 380V/50HZ/3PH industrial power supply, adopting transducer for stepless production speed regulation and mechanical baffle for fixed finished upright length setting; operators only need to input target cut length and adjust running speed via simple physical baffle positioning instead of complex code programming, shortening new staff’s equipment learning cycle to within one working day and reducing enterprise’s employee training expenditure effectively. The maximum adjustable production speed can reach 20 meters per minute, operators can slow down running speed to low trial mode during mold replacement or production specification switching for safe inspection work, then lift speed back to rated high speed for formal mass production.
Front-end heavy-duty decoller supporting max coil weight of 3000kgs, coil outer diameter 1400mm, inner diameter 460~520mm and fixed 500mm coil width is fitted with protective surrounding guard and emergency stop button nearby unwinding area; once operators find coil winding dislocation or abnormal unwinding vibration, they can cut off decoller power instantly to avoid coil bouncing safety accidents. Subsequent leveling, hydraulic punching and forming sections all install transparent safety protective covers around rotating and stamping moving parts to prevent accidental hand contact with high-speed moving rollers or high-pressure punching mold, complying with global industrial mechanical safety production specifications. The hydraulic punching station with dual-set 60*35mm Cr12MOV butterfly hole molds (HRC60~62°) and 5.5KW dedicated hydraulic motor locks stamping action linkage with material feeding sensor: punching mechanism automatically suspends stamping stroke if material feeding halts abnormally to prevent empty mold collision damage and accidental mold pinching risk for maintenance staff.
Central forming section’s 20 groups GCr15-made forming rollers (HRC57-59° + mirror polishing) plus five straightening rollers adopt enclosed gear-box transmission structure to isolate exposed rotating gears from operator’s operational space, attached water cooling pipeline layout is arranged away from manual operation area to avoid scald risk from high-temperature circulating cooling water; mirror polished roller surface reduces steel strip jamming probability caused by surface burr, lowering sudden equipment halt triggered by material blockage and corresponding emergency maintenance risks. Terminal stop-then-cut hydraulic cutting system with independent 4KW hydraulic station and Cr12MOV cutting dies (HRC57-59°) locks cutting action only after material is fully positioned, avoiding random cutting action during manual residue cleaning near cutting opening to safeguard maintenance worker’s personal safety.
