Built to handle the high forces of forming thick steel, the Heavy-Duty Upright Roll Forming Machine features a heavy-duty frame and reinforced components to ensure stability and precision.
The main frame, constructed from thick-walled steel sections and welded with heavy-angle steel, provides a rigid foundation for the forming process, minimizing vibrations that can affect dimensional accuracy. The decoiler, designed for 3000 kg coils, features a sturdy base and manual brake system to control tension during feeding, preventing material slippage and ensuring consistent input. The leveler, with 12 precision rollers mounted on heavy-duty bearings, applies even pressure to flatten thick materials without warping.
The forming section, with 24 stations, uses heavy-duty gear and chain drives to power the GCr15 rollers, which are heat-treated to HRC 57–59 for maximum wear resistance. The hydraulic punching station, with a robust frame and high-pressure system, delivers 50–60 strokes per minute, even with thick, high-strength steel. The hydraulic cut-off unit, powered by a 4 kW motor, uses a “stop-then-cut” design with heavy-duty Cr12MOV blades to cleanly shear profiles without deformation.

All components are mounted on vibration-dampening supports, reducing noise and wear during operation. The optional water cooling system prevents overheating of the forming section during continuous runs, ensuring stable performance. With its reinforced construction, this machine is built to withstand the demands of heavy material processing, delivering consistent quality even with the toughest steel grades.
