Designed for the rigors of continuous production, the Heavy-Duty Upright Roll Forming Machine is constructed with heavy-duty components and wear-resistant materials to minimize downtime and extend service life.
Key components, including the forming rollers, punching molds, and cut-off blades, are made from high-grade steels with specialized heat treatments for enhanced durability. The 24 forming stations use GCr15 steel rollers heat-treated to HRC 57–59, a hardness level that ensures they maintain their shape and surface finish even after processing millions of meters of thick steel. The hydraulic punching station uses Cr12MOV molds, renowned for their toughness and resistance to chipping and deformation. The cut-off blades, also made from Cr12MOV, stay sharp through thousands of cuts, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
The machine’s robust frame, welded with heavy-angle steel, provides a rigid foundation that absorbs vibrations during high-speed forming, preventing structural fatigue. The decoiler, built to handle 3000 kg coils, features a sturdy base and manual brake system for reliable tension control. The leveler’s 12 precision rollers are mounted on heavy-duty bearings for smooth, consistent operation.
