The base version machine is preset with dual-set standard 60*35mm Cr12MOV butterfly hole punching molds (HRC60~62° hardness, driven by5.5KW hydraulic motor) for mainstream regular butterfly hole upright fabrication targeting 150KG max single-layer load shelves; upon client’s customized demand, Xinnuo’s mold workshop can reprocess Cr12MOV mold blanks to alter butterfly hole aperture size, hole spacing layout or partial additional auxiliary small round hole stamping function, transforming the punching station to produce multi-hole composite upright profiles without revamping whole hydraulic power structure of punching unit.
Central forming section consists of 20 groups customizable GCr15 forming rollers (HRC57-59°+mirror polishing)+5 straightening rollers, all roller seats adopt spacer-based width adjustment design, Xinnuo’s technical engineers can change roller outer contour curvature or adjust forming station spacing according to client’s target upright cross-section drawing, realizing production of non-standard C-type, U-type or special folded-edge upright variants on same production line; attached circulating water cooling system retains independent pipeline layout to adapt customized roller layout’s heat dissipation requirement without extra pipeline reconstruction cost. Applicable raw material baseline specification locks at 1.2~1.5mm cold rolled/galvanized steel, for clients needing to expand thin material processing range slightly, Xinnuo can adjust decoller’s feeding tension spring stiffness and leveler’s roller gap spacing to accommodate minor thickness fluctuation within customized scope without replacing whole decoller and leveler assembly; the base decoller supports standard parameters: max coil weight3000kgs, outer diameter1400mm, inner diameter460~520mm, fixed 500mm coil width, customized wider coil width demand can be realized via decoller reel shaft length modification.
