The Heavy-Duty Upright Roll Forming Machine offers exceptional versatility, adapting to a wide range of materials and profile designs to meet the diverse needs of storage system manufacturers.
Designed for thick, high-strength materials, it processes hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, and galvanized steel with thicknesses from 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm and widths up to 400 mm. This makes it suitable for producing uprights for everything from standard pallet racks to heavy-duty industrial storage systems. The forming section, with 24 customizable stations, can be adjusted to produce various upright profiles, from simple C-channels to complex multi-bend designs.
The hydraulic punching station uses interchangeable Cr12MOV molds, allowing custom hole patterns and notches to match specific rack assembly requirements. The decoiler’s ability to handle large 3000 kg coils supports long production runs, while the leveler’s adjustable rollers accommodate different material thicknesses. The hydraulic cut-off unit can be programmed to cut profiles to custom lengths, from short uprights for retail displays to tall columns for high-rise warehouse racks.
