The Heavy-Duty Upright Roll Forming Machine by Xinnuo Machine is a fully integrated industrial production line purpose-built for manufacturing high-strength rack upright profiles. Designed for continuous, large-scale manufacturing, it combines five core working processes into one seamless workflow: decoiling, leveling, hydraulic punching, roll forming, and hydraulic cutting. The machine is engineered to handle thick, high-strength materials, including hot-rolled steel, cold-rolled steel, and galvanized steel with a thickness range of 1.8 mm to 2.5 mm. The heavy-duty decoiler accommodates steel coils weighing up to 3000 kg, with an outer diameter of 1400 mm and an inner diameter of 460–520 mm. Equipped with a manual brake device, it ensures stable, tension-controlled material feeding even with the heaviest coils. The integrated leveler, featuring 12 precision rollers, flattens the material to remove bends and warping, guaranteeing perfectly flat input for consistent forming.
At the heart of the line is the hydraulic punching station, operating at 50–60 strokes per minute. Using custom Cr12MOV molds, it punches standard holes and notches with exceptional accuracy, preparing the material for seamless rack assembly. The main roll forming section, with 24 customizable forming stations, uses GCr15 steel rollers heat-treated to HRC 57–59, ensuring uniform shaping and long-term wear resistance. A water cooling system prevents overheating during continuous operation, maintaining precision even in demanding industrial settings.
