Rack Box Beam Roll Forming Machine

Our Box Beam Roll Forming Machine has recently completed a stable and successful trial run at a domestic customer’s facility, demonstrating its high level of automation, accuracy, and production efficiency. This advanced production line is specifically designed for manufacturing warehouse rack box beams with adjustable widths ranging from 80 mm to 160 mm and a standard height of 50 mm. All size changes are carried out automatically through the control system, eliminating manual adjustments and reducing setup time.

One of the key advantages of this machine is its intelligent post-forming handling system. The line is equipped with automatic falling, turning, and nesting functions, allowing finished box beams to be stacked neatly without manual intervention. Compared with conventional box beam forming machines that rely on manual nesting, this automated system can save up to two operators, significantly lowering labor costs and improving workplace safety.

The box beams produced feature highly consistent geometry, with both ends aligned on the same horizontal level. This ensures excellent compatibility with subsequent welding or assembly processes, helping customers achieve better product quality and higher assembly efficiency.

The complete roll forming line includes a 5-ton hydraulic decoiler with coil car, precision roll forming unit, hydraulic cutting system, conveying rollers, automatic falling and turnover device, and a nesting and stacking machine. All components are integrated and synchronized through a reliable PLC control system with a touch screen interface, enabling simple operation, quick parameter setting, and stable long-term performance.
