Engineered exclusively for manufacturing high-precision C-shaped uprights for storage rack systems, this rack bracing roll forming machine delivers consistent, reliable performance to meet the rigorous demands of warehouse and logistics infrastructure projects. It supports a versatile range of machinable materials, including Galvanized Coil (1.5-1.8MM thickness, customizable per customer requirements), PPGI, PPGL, Cold-rolled Steel and Carbon Steel, ensuring compatibility with diverse end-product specifications. The machine is optimized for materials with Yield Strength ranging from 250 - 350 Mpa and Tensil Stress between 350 Mpa-500 Mpa, guaranteeing structural integrity of the formed rack uprights.

Boasting a Nominal Forming Speed of 10-15 M/Min (adjustable per user requirements) and around 14 Forming Stations (tailored to profile drawings), it balances efficiency and precision seamlessly. Users can select between a Manual Decoiler as standard or an optional Hydraulic Decoiler to match their production scale. The standard Chain Drive system ensures stable power transmission, with an optional Gearbox Drive available for enhanced torque control. Built with a robust Steel Plates Welded structure, the machine can be upgraded to Cast Iron Stands for superior durability in heavy-duty operations.
